I am an award-winning, highly committed, self-motivated individual with over two and a half decades of experience in the creative profession, spanning TV & film, online, digital, brand identity (cross-platform), and print and multimedia applications. I am passionate about balancing innovation with practicality focusing on business results.

With a talent for creating forward-thinking environments which nurture, support and develop creativity in others. I have successfully led creative teams delivering online digital solutions, large-scale branding projects, film projects and a Bafta award-winning sequence as part of a TV rebrand for the BBC.

Successes include: Creative Director at Mark One Group for 12 years, Head of Design at Virgin TV & Living TV Group for 2 years, working within BBC companies including BBC Design, BBC Resources, BBC Media Arc, BBC Broadcast and RED BEE, undertaking a number of career paths for 14 years at a senior level, leading both national and international brand identity projects, award-winning films. Awards include Promax, EMMA, and BAFTA. One of my proudest personal projects is an anti-violence film developed into an initiative rolled out in schools across London and the surrounding areas called After Effects.
